Polish Truckers Festival's main goal is to provide truckers and their families with a fun-filled break from the road. Besides that we will be supporting various charities that may benefit from our venture. The idea of the festival is to "połączyć przyjemne z pożytecznym" as old Polish saying goes, which basically means "to make something useful while getting relaxed".
Because we are truckers ourselves, we've come up with the intention of gathering all drivers of Polish descent (but not limited to) and do something not only for us, but also for those less fortunate.
This year the Fest will take place June 8 & 9 at the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Czestochowa Shrine in Merrillville, IN in order to support the Salvatorian Fathers and the Sanctuary, together with the organizers of the 2nd Annual Pilgrimage of Polish Truckers.
There will be a number of attractions and competitions available during the Festival, from which the most prestigous will be Best Looking Truck and Best Looking Trucker. All participanting drivers' families will be welcomed free of admission charge so that they can enjoy this rexaing time to the fullest!
If you are a truck driver you can participate in the Festival by bringing your truck (or trucks) and by taking part in various attractions and competitions during the event.
Currently, we are working on several aspects of the Festival so please stay tuned for more updates. The easiest way to stay updated is to register to our mailing list below.
